[Remote] Digital Analytics & Experimentation Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Analytics & Experimentation Product Manager to drive analytics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and digital product performance across web and mobile experiences. The role involves owning digital analytics tools, analyzing customer behavior, executing A/B testing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital experiences through data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own digital analytics and experimentation tools
- Analyze customer behavior and digital performance
- Build and validate datasets
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies
- Create testing hypotheses and measure results
- Define KPIs and reporting strategies
- Build dashboards and present business insights
- Support personalization and conversion optimization initiatives
- Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams to influence digital experiences through data-driven recommendations
Skills
- 5+ years of Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, CRO, Ecommerce Analytics, or Experimentation experience
- Advanced SQL skills (query writing, data validation, analysis)
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Azure data environments
- Hands-on ownership of A/B testing and experimentation programs
- Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Adobe Analytics
- Dashboard development using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Ecommerce or customer-facing digital experience
- Strong stakeholder presentation and communication skills
- FullStory
- Quantum Metric
- Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, or similar testing platforms
- AWS exposure
- GitHub familiarity
- HTML/event tracking knowledge
- Experience with personalization initiatives
