Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads to create new business opportunities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients
- Build and manage target account & outreach lists
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to drive sales conversations
- Schedule telephonic and F2F meetings with decision-makers
- Navigate stakeholder decision-making processes
- Achieve quarterly business development goals and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client acquisition
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records

- Experience in Staffing / Recruitment Industry
- Experience in Lead Generation & Business Development
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
