[Remote] Financial Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager who will support commercial performance and financial planning, providing analytical insights that influence revenue growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical insights on key GTM KPIs and triangulate revenue, ARR, and bookings performance
• Coordinate software revenue and bookings forecast with BU stakeholders
• Prepare and own the existing ARR model
• Provide monthly executive ARR reporting while enhancing existing visualizations
• Manage the Commercial and Marketing forecasting process including variance analysis
• Participate in the annual planning process, contributing financial models and ARR/Booking forecasts that support long‑term strategic objectives
• Support the sales quota‑setting process
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve financial processes, enhance reporting tools, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the organization
• Provide high‑quality financial support to senior leaders, maintaining strong relationships with Finance, Business Unit, and Commercial leadership teams
• Build ad-hoc financial frameworks to assist with strategic decision making within the commercial organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5-7 years of professional relevant experience in accounting, corporate finance, or strategic finance business partnership
• High proficiency in excel/PowerPoint and other MS products
• Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus
