[Remote] Senior Marketing Designer

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to create strong, clear, and effective visual work across brand, digital, campaign, and offline channels, focusing on B2B marketing to convey complex ideas through engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts for B2B campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
• Design assets across web, landing pages, social, paid media, presentations, and other marketing formats
• Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems
• Support offline activations, including billboards, events, merch, print, and unconventional formats
• Turn complex product or business messages into clear visual communication
• Adapt ideas across channels while keeping the brand consistent
• Prepare production-ready files for digital, print, and external partners

Skills

• Strong experience in marketing, brand, campaign, or B2B design
• A portfolio showing high-quality digital and brand work
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for web, social, paid media, presentations, and offline formats
• Ability to build or evolve brand systems
• Ability to make complex ideas feel clear, structured, and visually engaging
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and move from concept to final delivery
• Clear communication, strong ownership, and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow
• Motion, illustration, 3D, or basic video skills
