[Remote] Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Support Analyst FM-9.10

They are seeking an experienced Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Support Analyst to assist in compliance efforts, financial management, and audit readiness initiatives at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
Responsibilities
- Support FIAR compliance efforts and audit readiness initiatives
- Assist with Managers Internal Control Program (MICP) activities
- Review financial transactions and supporting documentation
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and control weaknesses
- Prepare financial and audit-related reports
- Support contract reconciliation and closeout efforts
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Clearance: Secret
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of FIAR, MICP, and DoD financial regulations preferred
- Experience supporting audits or financial compliance reviews
