[Remote] Senior, D365 CRM Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. R2 Global is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional to lead and deliver end-to-end D365 CRM solutions for clients. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, ensuring high-quality CRM implementations and mentoring delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects across the full lifecycle, including pre‑sales support, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, training, and post‑implementation support
- Design and architect D365 CRM solutions that align with client business goals and technical requirements
- Facilitate discovery, analysis, and design workshops across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Operations teams
- Configure, customise, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and related solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable CRM architectures
- Apply deep functional and technical expertise to ensure best‑practice solution design and delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery workstreams
- Monitor progress, budgets, and scope to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients on deliverables, progress, risks, and issues
- Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and support effective change‑management processes
- Lead and support delivery team members by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Mentor consultants and assist with their professional development and client‑facing responsibilities
- Help shape delivery standards, tools, and best practices within the CRM practice
- Act as a subject matter expert during business development and pre‑sales activities
- Build strong client relationships that support account growth and long‑term partnerships
- Contribute to the continued expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the firm
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 5+ years' experience delivering technical solutions in a professional services or industry environment
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- 2+ years of project management experience within a consulting or similar delivery‑focused environment
- Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing
- Strong experience gathering business requirements, managing business processes, and working directly with clients
