[Remote] Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a customer portfolio, leveraging consultative selling techniques to uncover opportunities across various IT service pillars.
Responsibilities
- Proactively analyze existing customer book of business to uncover solution gaps, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expand engagement across service pillars
- Cultivate and expand your existing book of business and grow your portfolio by acquiring new customers
- Conduct consultative selling to uncover opportunities spanning cloud, security, networking, communication and collaboration, and IT lifecycle services
- Open and manage opportunities within iT1's solutions offerings and engage the Pre-Sales team
- Daily utilization of CRM to manage portfolio of business, i.e., updating account information, opportunities, leads/prospects, tasks, customer payment, etc
- Leverage marketing tools to prospect and develop your portfolio of business
- Engage all necessary internal/external resources to conduct business, including vendor, partner, and distribution representatives
- Manage the end-to-end quoting process and ensure timely submission of deal registrations to maximize vendor incentives and protect pipeline opportunities
- Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for partner/vendor trainings and webinars
Skills
- A positive attitude and great work ethic
- Understanding that customer satisfaction is paramount
- Proven track record of success in the Value Added Reseller (VAR) industry
- Knowledge of various aspects of IT and how they interrelate
- Strong ability to facilitate and negotiate complex IT solutions
- Comfort in speaking with senior-level clients
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
- 4+ years in IT sales or services
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
