[Remote] Salesforce Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sriven Systems Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to align technology solutions with business strategies. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and managing complex business processes while serving as a liaison between business and IT.
Responsibilities
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Gathers requirements from business units and translate raw requirements into user stories, develop/maintain end to end business processes flows and story maps
- Prepare use case scenarios and wireframes for enhanced UX
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
- Facilitate alignment between Business, IT, and Executive leadership
- Manage competing priorities and drive consensus across merging organizations
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with Admins, Developers, Architects, and PMs to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
- Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution
- Validate that delivered functionality meets business needs and acceptance criteria
- Provide training materials, documentation, and change management support
- Integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other tools and applications that include but not limited to : Backoffice Integrations, Looker for reporting, Eloqua/Marketo, Definitive apps, MDM, Outlook Integrations, Sales Territory management and Maps
- Deliverables includes Current-state documentation (process maps, system inventory, data model comparison),Future-state process designs, Requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs),Data mapping & field rationalization matrix, Security model alignment documentation, Integration impact assessment, UAT test scripts & execution support, Training materials & change management documentation, Cutover readiness checklist

- Advanced Salesforce Business Analysis & Org Consolidation Expertise
- Deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including data model, security model, and automation (Flows, Apex, validation rules)
- Proven ability to merge multiple Salesforce orgs into one unified instance
- Strong skills in data migration, deduplication, and master data management
- Ability to rationalize conflicting processes, fields, and integrations
- Ability to bridge business, IT, and executive teams
- Skilled at facilitating alignment, driving consensus, and managing competing priorities
- Clear communication of requirements, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience acting as the primary liaison between business and technical teams
- Expertise in translating business needs into user stories & acceptance criteria, process maps & story maps, use cases and wireframes
- Ability to design current-state and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong involvement in UAT planning, validation, and documentation
