[Remote] Credit Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Planet Group is seeking a Credit Analyst for a 3-month contract position. The role is responsible for daily cash application and accounts receivable processing, including applying customer payments and verifying daily cash receipts.
Responsibilities
- Applying customer payments (cash, ACH, and deposits)
- Adjusting invoices
- Creating and coding deductions or short payments
- Verifying and balancing daily cash receipts
- Supporting special projects as assigned by the Credit Manager
Skills
- 1–2 years of cash application or accounts receivable experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Accounting experience
- Experience handling deductions and short payments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
