[Remote] Centric PLM Techno-Functional Consultant/Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quantum Integrators is seeking a strong Centric PLM Techno-Functional Consultant/Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program involving Centric PLM and SAP S/4HANA integration. The role involves leading the implementation and configuration of Centric PLM solutions, collaborating with various teams to define product lifecycle processes, and supporting integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation/configuration of Centric PLM solutions
- Collaborate with business, engineering, product development, and SAP teams to define end-to-end product lifecycle processes
- Design and support integrations between Centric PLM and SAP S/4HANA
- Support configurable manufacturing processes including:
- Make-to-Order (MTO)
- Configure-to-Order (CTO)
- Product variants and attributes
- BOM and routing integrations
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
- Work closely with SAP OTC, PP/DS, AVC, MM, and Master Data teams
- Support product data migration and synchronization across PLM and ERP systems
- Configure workflows, product models, material specifications, and lifecycle management processes within Centric PLM
- Troubleshoot technical integration and product data issues across systems

- REST/SOAP APIs
- XML/JSON data structures
- Middleware integration platforms
- Data mapping and transformation
- Product master and BOM synchronization
- SQL and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Experience in one or more industries: Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Footwear/Apparel, Configurable Product Manufacturing, Engineering/Product-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of Product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Engineering-to-manufacturing handoff
- Strong understanding of Product commercialization
- Strong understanding of Product change management
- Strong understanding of Configurable product ecosystems
- Centric PLM Certification preferred
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs
- Experience in greenfield ERP implementations
- Exposure to highly configurable manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience with CAD integrations
- Product configuration / AVC exposure
- Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models
- Familiarity with consumer product manufacturing
- Exposure to global supply chain and sourcing processes
