[Remote] Credit Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Planet Group is seeking a Credit Analyst for a 3-month contract position. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for daily cash application and accounts receivable processing, including applying customer payments, adjusting invoices, and supporting special projects as assigned by the Credit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Applying customer payments (cash, ACH, and deposits)
- Adjusting invoices
- Creating and coding deductions or short payments
- Verifying and balancing daily cash receipts
- Supporting special projects as assigned by the Credit Manager
Skills
- 1–2 years of cash application or accounts receivable experience
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience handling deductions and short payments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
