[Remote] SAP IS-U Consultant with German
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. teamative provides consulting, development, and delivery of IT projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant to support utility and energy-sector clients in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP IS-U solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IS-U solutions
- Configure and customize SAP IS-U modules such as: Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, Customer Service, Meter Data Management (EDM), Market Communication, Tariff and Rate Configuration, FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
- Conduct workshops and gather customer requirements
- Design, test, and implement SAP IS-U enhancements and process improvements
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers
- Perform system testing, user training, and go-live support
- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues
Skills
- Experience working with SAP IS-U in utility or energy environments
- Strong knowledge of one or more IS-U areas such as Billing, Device Management, Market Communication, EDM, or FI-CA
- Experience with SAP customization and process design
- Understanding of utility industry processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- German language skills (typically B2–C1) and good English proficiency
