[Remote] Regional Sales Director

AspenView Technology Partners is a premier nearshore IT services firm that connects U.S. enterprises with elite technology talent across Latin America. They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to engage senior technology buyers and close consultative IT-services deals, leveraging an advanced lead-generation system to drive business growth across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build your strategy. Develop and execute a sales strategy for your assigned territory, market, or industry, refreshed quarterly with the Chief Commercial Officer / President, Global Business
- Sell at the top. Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and CEOs, positioning AspenView as a trusted nearshore technology partner and closing high-value, consultative engagements
- Run the process. Drive opportunities through AspenView's structured 7-stage sales methodology, keeping the CRM current and the pipeline transparent
- Operate in rhythm. Submit client proposals to qualified leads within five business days, provide bi-weekly status updates, and prepare for weekly funnel reviews with leadership
- Work BDO-generated demand. Engage and convert the Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that AspenView's Business Development Office routes to you by region and industry — alongside the relationships you bring — and direct the support you need from your assigned LatAm Business Development Pod(s) and sales operations
Skills
- A proven track record as a senior seller in IT services, software, staffing, consulting, enterprise technology, or other complex B2B offerings
- A genuine hunter's mindset — identifying, developing, and closing complex deals — paired with the executive presence to influence C-suite buyers
- A relevant network of enterprise technology and business decision-makers
- The ability to learn and clearly communicate the business value of a complex services offering; deep technical or nearshore/offshore experience is a plus, not a requirement
- The financial flexibility and self-direction to thrive as an independent, commission-only partner
