[Remote] Electrical Project Manager | up to $185,000

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major advanced manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho, overseeing project financials, scheduling, and overall performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and reporting
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Drive schedule development and monitor project progress against key milestones
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, field leadership, and project teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
• Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members
• Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Typically 5+ years of construction project management experience for Project Manager
• Typically 10+ years of construction project management experience for Senior Project Manager
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical, power, energy, healthcare, aviation, or laboratory projects
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
