They are seeking a Sales Supervisor to leverage sales operations and B2B management expertise to improve large language models and enhance sales strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Design and solve real-world sales and business development scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning
  • Write structured, detailed solutions related to lead generation, negotiation, account management, and sales forecasting
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with wholesale sales best practices
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models, and customer relationship dynamics

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems, and client management strategies
  • Excellent English communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex sales processes clearly
