[Remote] Microsoft Power Platform Analyst

Medasource is a company that provides staffing solutions, and they are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Analyst to improve operational efficiency within a large nonprofit health system. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting business applications and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support operational, financial, and clinical reporting needs
- Design and build Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications that improve business processes and user experience
- Create, test, and support Power Automate cloud flows to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Develop reusable Power Platform components, templates, and solutions that can be leveraged across multiple departments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Analyze healthcare operational data and provide reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making
- Optimize existing Power Platform applications and reports for performance, usability, and scalability
- Participate in solution testing, deployment, and end-user support activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
- Experience building and supporting Power Apps Canvas Applications
- Experience building and supporting Power Apps Model-Driven Applications
- Experience developing Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic data models
- Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations, hospitals, or integrated health systems
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle, or regulatory reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or enterprise data warehouses
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare systems
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
