[Remote] Customer Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dario is on a mission to make better health easy and is looking for passionate individuals to join their team. The Customer Support Representative will respond to customer inquiries and maintain records while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
Responsibilities
- Responds to member concerns, questions, and technical needs via multichannel communication, following regulatory policies and procedures
- Informs members about Dario products and services, upselling when appropriate
- Maintain records in compliance with regulatory polices and procedures
- Provide stellar customer service to members in a kind and patient fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Native English speaker
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Demonstrated effective organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
- Proficient with technology, web-based applications, mobile applications, etc
- Prior Customer Service/Support experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM's a plus
