Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Groups is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to enhance outpatient medication management and pharmacy workflows. This role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy workflows by collaborating with clinicians, pharmacists, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Clinical workflows
- Gather requirements, configure Epic Willow Ambulatory, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements
Skills
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification
- 5–10+ years of Epic experience
- Strong focus on Willow Ambulatory / pharmacy workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Epic build
- Experience with testing
- Experience with workflow analysis
- Experience with upgrades
- Experience with end-user support in a healthcare environment
