[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Workway is a professional staffing firm, currently offering a Customer Service Representative opportunity with a trusted leader in title insurance and settlement services. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing support for various service areas, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Provide support for escrow, insurance, billing, claims, technical support, and related service areas
- Resolve first-level and escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Verify customer account and contact information
- Research customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records, logs, reports, and documentation
- Track and coordinate customer issues through resolution
- Make outbound calls regarding customer accounts requiring additional attention
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions with collections and internal teams
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
