[Remote] AuthO Technical Product Manager

They are seeking an experienced Auth0 Technical Product Manager to act as a liaison for internal and external clients, leveraging their expertise in Auth0 capabilities and product management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to many internal and external clients, understand our strategy and support where applicable
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 capabilities including Universal Login, Actions, Rules (legacy), Hooks, Identity Providers (IdP) integrations, Organizations & multi-tenant configurations, API authorization and scopes
• Experience Configuring MFA policies, Attack protection
• Work closely with engineering teams on API integrations with Auth0, Identity federation and external partner access
• Integrate Auth0 with SaaS applications, internal apps, and customer-facing platforms

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Auth0 capabilities: Universal Login, Actions, Rules (legacy), Hooks
• Identity Providers (IdP) integrations (social, enterprise federation)
• Organizations & multi-tenant configurations
• API authorization and scopes
• Experience Configuring: MFA policies (adaptive MFA, step-up authentication)
• Attack protection (brute force, bot detection, anomaly detection)
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on: API integrations with Auth0
• Identity federation and external partner access
• Experience in integrating Auth0 with: SaaS applications, internal apps, and customer-facing platforms
• 5–10 years in Product Management or IAM/Identity Engineering
• Experience with Auth0 or equivalent CIAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD B2C, Ping)
• Experience supporting internet-facing applications at scale
• Background in fintech or regulated industries (highly preferred)
