The role involves designing and developing executive-level Power BI reporting solutions, translating complex healthcare financial data into intuitive visualizations, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making through interactive reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level Power BI reporting solutions
• Translate complex healthcare financial data into intuitive visualizations
• Build interactive reports that support operational and strategic decision-making
• Create reporting solutions leveraging enterprise semantic models
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Develop financial analytics and performance reporting dashboards
• Deliver insights around revenue cycle operations and financial performance
• Ensure reporting aligns with enterprise governance standards
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
• Improve data accessibility and business adoption of analytics solutions
• Collaborate with semantic modeling, architecture, and data engineering teams
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives utilizing Databricks and Power BI
