[Remote] Administrative Coordinator - Professional Education & Events

They are seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator to support their Professional Education and Events team by providing administrative support, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance for healthcare events.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for professional education and events, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with cross functional teams
- Manage contracting process, compliance documentation, and invoice processing for physician speakers, proctors, consultants, and vendors
- Assist with logistics for training programs and events—travel coordination, attendee communication, agenda updates, material tracking, and post event follow up
- Maintain organized systems for KOLs, event files, timelines, and tracking tools
- Support distribution and inventory of event materials and resources for field teams
Skills
- Strong administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, or medical devices
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Smartsheet, SAP, Wrike or workflow tools a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast paced environment
- Business acumen for thoughtfully handling important relationships and cross-communication with other company stakeholders
- Familiarity with physician contracting or compliance related processes preferred
