[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves managing customer accounts, conducting regular meetings, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding support through renewal
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Conduct regular virtual customer meetings to review performance, goals, and growth opportunities
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks or opportunities
- Review customer campaigns and accounts to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Deliver strategic recommendations to improve customer outcomes and success
- Assist with onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Partner closely with the Training team to support platform adoption
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify customer success stories and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide constructive feedback to the internal team based on customer insights
- Lead customer meetings and presentations
- Manage customer communications via email and other channels
- Maintain timely and professional responses to all inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a solutions-oriented mindset
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or within the nonprofit sector is required
- Understanding of nonprofit fundraising, events, or donor engagement strategies is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer journeys simultaneously
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Experience with BetterUnite preferred but not required
