[Remote] Director of North America, Pre-Sales Platform Specialists

They are seeking a Director of North America, Pre-Sales Platform Specialists to lead and empower their Product Specialists team, providing strategic direction and operational support during a pivotal growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of managers, fostering growth and high performance across North America Product Specialists
- Mentor, support, and challenge managers to create and execute innovative solutions
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to align on go-to-market strategy and product priorities
- Represent North America Product Specialists in executive forums, acting as a key advisor to the global head
- Ensure operational stability, trust, and continuity for front-line management during periods of growth and change
Skills
- 10+ years of experience, including people management within a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience as a second-line leader (managing managers) within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Expertise in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture
- Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting
- Organizational and program management skills
- Experience supporting large regional teams within a global environment
- Familiarity with cloud computing, sales enablement, or value engineering
- Track record of building trust and supporting leaders through growth and transitions
