Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned leader to drive adoption of AWS services within the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment. This role involves developing strategies to exceed revenue goals, managing a high-performing sales team, and co-innovating with ISVs to create world-class solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of Strategic ISV customers
- Exceed annual revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a team of top strategic sales professionals
- Ensure end customer satisfaction
- Co-develop and help executing account plans with field sellers
- Inspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our ISV's products, working closely with AWS partner teams
- Work with demand generation teams to create sales pipeline
Skills
- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree
