[Remote] Account Executive - Global, Energy, Resources & Marine

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BCD Travel is a global company that helps businesses travel smart and achieve more. They are seeking an Account Executive responsible for managing small to medium-sized accounts, focusing on customer service, data analysis, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues
• Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. credit card reconciliation
• Work with customers to either develop a business plan or support the execution of the plan, when applicable
• Experience in Quality/Account management methodology and Customer Service
• Working with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
• Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint

Skills

• Experience in Quality/Account management methodology and Customer Service
• Working with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
• Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint
• An history of working in a customer facing or expanded operational role in Energy, Resource and Marine Travel segment, specifically a solid understanding of crew mobility services
• Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services
• Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience as well as business analysis and financial acumen
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledgeable in travel industry client technology tools
• You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
