[Remote] Director of Sales-Semiconductor

They are seeking a Director of Sales for the Semiconductor Vertical to lead their Engineering Services expansion across North America, focusing on building client relationships and driving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Engineering Services within the Semiconductor vertical across North America
- Acquire net-new semiconductor clients and expand existing strategic accounts
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Engage and influence CXO and senior stakeholders, positioning UST as a strategic transformation partner
- Create long-term partnerships that drive sustained growth and customer success
- Own client satisfaction, value realization, and executive alignment
- Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions tailored to semiconductor clients
- Lead large, complex deal pursuits—from strategy through negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to craft innovative solutions
- Manage and grow P&L responsibility ($30M+), balancing revenue growth with profitability
- Ensure delivery excellence across engagements—on time, on budget, and high quality
- Proactively identify market trends and translate them into growth opportunities
Skills
- At least 12 years of experience in a combination client relationship and new logo acquisition role with experience in the Engineering Services domain
- A strong background and experience within the global delivery service model
- A track record you can be proud of in client relationship management, business development and sales to Semicon industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing client P&L of at least $30 million dollars
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader and thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels
- Knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies
