[Remote] Strategic Account Executive

Precision Sales Recruiting is a stealth-stage company focused on reimagining the Global Capability Center market through human and AI orchestration. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to build the pipeline, own deals, and shape the company's go-to-market strategy while reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound on LinkedIn, email, and your network
- Identify target accounts, book your own meetings, and close deals end to end as the primary seller
- Sell consultatively to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Sourcing and Procurement, and Operations and GBS leaders
- Run multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (3 to 5+ decision makers, $120K to $250K+ deal sizes)
- Position around cost, efficiency, and transformation outcomes, not features
- Bring real-time market feedback straight to the CEO and shape where the product goes next
Skills
- A proven hunter who has built pipeline from zero without SDR support
- Recent experience selling BPO, outsourcing, IT services, or sourcing-led solutions
- A track record of selling into CFOs, operations, or sourcing and procurement leaders
- You have closed enterprise or mid-market deals end to end as the primary seller, and built a $3M+ pipeline
- 5 to 15 years of sales experience, and currently a quota-carrying individual contributor. If you are at 16 to 20 years and still personally prospecting and closing, we want to talk
- An active LinkedIn network (1,000+ connections) and a presence in enterprise, GCC, or transformation conversations
- Time at a top-tier global IT services, BPO, or outsourcing firm
- Exposure to shared services, global delivery, or GBS environments
- Experience selling into or alongside GCC setups
- Sold across multiple industries rather than one narrow vertical
