[Remote] Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Mutual Insurance is a Fortune 100 company looking for motivated individuals to join their Inside Sales Representative team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, consult with policyholders, and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads
• Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
• Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Skills

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred
