[Remote] Senior Workday Financials Consultant / Analyst

Dice is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant / Analyst to provide hands-on configuration and production support across Workday Financials. The role involves troubleshooting defects, designing scalable solutions, and translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on configuration and production support across Workday Financials
• Operate independently across multiple functional areas based on business priority
• Troubleshoot defects and resolve production issues efficiently
• Design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions (not short term fixes)
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Contribute to platform enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements

Skills

• 9+ years of hands on Workday Financials experience
• Strong end to end understanding of Workday financial processes
• Proven ability to balance production support with project based work
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous, lean team environment
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking mindset
• Demonstrated expertise in: Financial Accounting (highest), Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, Procurement (de emphasized / phasing out)
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center and/or Prism
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• VNDLY experience (nice to have, not required)
