[Remote] Marketing Paid Consultant - Demand-Generation Campaign Strategy & Launch

The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview focused on demand-generation campaign planning and execution, where candidates will explain their real-world experience in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Planning demand-generation campaigns from business trigger to channel mix and offer
- Setting lead, pipeline, and conversion targets by channel
- Building campaign infrastructure, landing pages, forms, tracking, and QA steps
- Coordinating budget, content, brand, legal, sales, regional, and partner approvals
- Explaining workflows specifically within: demand-generation campaign planning, launch readiness, infrastructure setup, and sales alignment workflows
Skills
- 7+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign marketing in a B2B or complex go-to-market environment
- Direct, hands-on experience in demand-generation campaign planning, launch readiness, infrastructure setup, and sales alignment workflows
- Experience making or influencing decisions related to campaign goals, channel strategy, lead targets, launch readiness, approval paths, partner involvement, and region-specific campaign execution
- Familiarity with tools such as: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, Asana, Workfront, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
- Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
