[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

Domestic Uniform Rental is a Michigan-based, family-owned company providing commercial garment textiles and facility management procurement services. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to identify and acquire new business opportunities, manage sales teams, and develop strategic sales plans while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Managing and mentoring sales teams
• Developing strategic sales plans
• Building strong client relationships
• Achieving sales targets
• Overseeing sales operations within the assigned region
• Providing regular performance reporting
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize service delivery

Skills

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar role
• Strong skills in relationship-building, client management, and customer service
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
• Proficiency in team leadership, mentorship, and building high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in the commercial textiles or facility management industry is a plus
