[Remote] Program Manager (100% Remote / Seattle, WA)

Dice is a recruiting company seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide rollout of a centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. This role involves overseeing multiple Agile workstreams, driving strategic roadmap execution, and partnering with cybersecurity leadership to strengthen security and protect sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large-scale IAM program spanning multiple sprint teams and workstreams
• Partner with product owners and cybersecurity leadership to define and execute the IAM roadmap
• Oversee enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the centralized IAM platform
• Provide consolidated status reporting and program governance across all workstreams
• Present updates and strategic insights to executive leadership and steering committees
• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization

Skills

• Strong program/project management experience, leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
• Deep experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally with platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption
• Experience working within financial services (bank, credit union, or similar regulated environment)
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk mitigation practices
