The VP Sales will be responsible for leading sales strategies, improving sales processes, and coaching sales teams to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a part-time sales management solution to SMBs
- Work with each client to discover their 'proven and repeatable' sales process
- Unearth more leads and add digital and non-digital leverage to the sales team
- Design a working management and accountability structure
- Coach-up the sales team and manage the process on a long-term contract basis
