[Remote] Social media Specialist ( Consultant)

They are seeking a Cruise Consultant & Social Media Specialist to assist clients with planning and booking cruises while also promoting travel packages through social media to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Book cruise vacations, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages for clients
• Assist both leisure and business travelers with travel planning needs
• Communicate and coordinate with travel vendors, cruise lines, resorts, and suppliers
• Promote travel packages, cruise offers, and vacation experiences through social media platforms
• Create engaging travel-related content to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with vendors and travel partners
• Stay informed about travel trends, cruise destinations, and promotional opportunities
• Participate in required webinars, training sessions, and professional development programs

Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a computer and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection
• Ability to attend required webinar and travel training sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Internet and social media proficiency
• Ability to learn travel booking systems and industry tools
• Completion of required cruise training programs
• Customer service, sales, or travel-related experience is preferred but not required
