[Remote] Key Account Manager Adhesive Additives

Talent Archers is seeking a Key Account Manager for Adhesive Additives, focusing on the CASE markets primarily in the Carolinas and Wisconsin/Illinois area. The role requires a hunter mentality to manage a book of business and develop client relationships, leveraging the company's technical and flexible solutions against larger competitors.
Responsibilities
- Ability to travel overnight 7-9 nights a month, with a heavier 6-month ramp-up possibly
- Ability to be a one-man show, full desk seller, with the main support coming from the technical team
Skills
- Technical and Sales experience dealing (ADHESIVE ADDITIVES) with UV Stabilizers, AO, and photoinitiators
- At least 5+ years of prior industry-related business development experience
- Expert skills in navigating formulation, operations, and gatekeepers for companies like HB Fuller, Henkel, Shurtape, and others in the adhesives game
