Role Overview

The Senior Account Supervisor is responsible for managing a portfolio of high‑impact vendors, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and delivering measurable improvements in seller performance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct root‑cause analysis, and champion process excellence to create a friction‑free experience for sellers on arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth Management
    • Define, track, and exceed performance metrics that directly impact vendor revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with go‑to‑market, product, and operations teams to identify opportunities that improve the seller experience.
    • Develop and execute short‑term tactical plans while aligning with long‑term strategic objectives.
    • Identify emerging opportunities across a broad spectrum of manufacturers and onboard new vendors efficiently.
  • Vendor Relationship & Advocacy
    • Build trusted relationships with vendors, acting as their primary advocate within arenaflex.
    • Gather and analyze vendor feedback, translating insights into actionable improvement plans.
    • Collaborate with account managers to resolve escalations, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Maintain a pulse on vendor sentiment through surveys and direct interactions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Process Excellence & Optimization
    • Leverage data from seller performance, market trends, and internal metrics to recommend enhancements to existing processes.
    • Identify inefficiencies, propose streamlined SOPs, and lead implementation across multiple functional groups.
    • Scale best‑practice solutions that benefit a large base of sellers, improving operational efficiency and reducing friction.
    • Conduct root‑cause analysis on performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
  • Strategic Insight & Reporting

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, account supervision, or a similar client‑facing role.
