Position Overview

This full‑remote position is open to candidates based in the United States. You will work closely with the Data Management Team, Billing Supervisors, and various departmental leads to transform paper‑based and electronic source documents into clean, searchable, and well‑organized digital records. The role demands a blend of technical proficiency, keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with teammates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Sorting: Gather, organize, and prioritize source documents—including invoices, customs forms, and internal reports—before data entry begins.
  • Accuracy Verification: Review source documents for completeness, cross‑check data against established standards, and flag inconsistencies for correction.
  • Data Entry & Transcription: Input information from source documents into arenaflex’s prescribed databases, spreadsheets, and electronic forms with a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm and an error rate below 1 %.
  • Data Cleansing & Updating: Identify duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant records; perform necessary deletions or updates to keep the database current.
  • Document Scanning & Uploading: Convert physical paperwork into high‑resolution digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and placement within the document management system.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct a second‑pass review of entered data, run validation scripts, and generate error‑report summaries for continuous improvement.
  • File Management: Store completed documents in designated cloud folders, maintain version control, and archive obsolete files according to arenaflex’s retention policies.
  • Information Retrieval: Respond promptly to internal requests for specific data extracts, providing accurate reports or raw files as needed.

Essential Qualifications
