About the Mortgage Loan Processor position We are conducting a search for our Client who is a National Mortgage Lender headquartered in Englewood, CO and is looking to add experienced Mortgage Processors to their Operations Team. Remote is ok.

Job Description

Process applications from time of receipt of the application to submission of the loan package to underwriting Gather, organize, and track loan documentation Work with applicants, underwriters, closers, appraisal dept. and others to complete processing

  • Select appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, for processing mortgage loan applications and manage each vendors status for each loan Analyze credit and collateral documents and submit files to underwriting Responsible for entering accurate HMDA information for approved as well as denied loans Clear loan conditions and communicate effectively with teamVerify customer income documentation Resolve routine title issues including vesting issues and various liens Prepare loan paperwork for signing and submission Ensure files are processed in accordance with service level agreements Submit approved loans to the closing department Coordinate and schedule loan closings Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process Redisclose files in the process to the borrower with a documented change of circumstance Run Mavent Compliance system to verify loans meet all TRID and regulatory requirements Review change of circumstance forms and 2015 Itemization in Encompass for accuracy Desired skills and experience include Encompass 2 Years Experience Required DU/LP/GUS experience FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA knowledge Knowledge of State/Federal regulations to maintain loan file compliance Exceptional detail, organization, and problem-solving skills are a must Proven ability to handle extensive pipeline and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skill as wells as excellent oral and written communications skills Positive attitude, high energy, self-motivated and service-oriented mindset Past experience demonstrating sensitivity and tact in handling highly confidential information Must have a working knowledge of mortgage regulatory guidelines including TRID, RESPA, and TILA.
