Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator will support the coordination and management of client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of projects and a high-quality client experience while contributing to data-driven marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of client projects by coordinating internal workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress effectively across teams
  • Contribute to the execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of client and conference materials
  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting that supports Account Executive strategies
  • Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data
  • Build strong working relationships across teams, including management, clients, and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A strong interest in relationship marketing and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams
