Sales Development Representative (Hybrid) (Irvine)
Xe.com is a global leader in currency exchange and international money transfers, providing a comprehensive range of currency services and products. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an early-career opportunity focused on generating demand and introducing potential corporate clients to Xe’s FX and international payments solutions, with structured training and mentorship provided.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels
- Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients
- Conduct basic qualifications to confirm suitability
- Build foundational knowledge of FX and international payments
- Partner with senior SDRs, BDMs and Marketing to progress opportunities
Skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Coachability and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, financial services or a commercial career
- Strong organization and time management
- Must be located near our Irvine or Buena Park office and be able to work hybrid onsite three days per week
