Sales Development Representative
Uptick is a dynamic startup focused on enhancing safety in the Fire & Security industry. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively connect with businesses, develop a sales pipeline, and book meetings with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Source new leads using Sales Toolkit (Lusha, LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
- Develop a pipeline through outbound activity (emails, cold calling and social media) ensuring daily targets are met
- Book discovery meetings with prospects
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline forecasting and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot)
- Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of the product following outbound activity
Skills
- Experience in chasing new leads, getting on the phone, cold calling and booking new meetings
- Outbound sales energy

- Personal ambition and hunger
- Fire & security industry experience is a plus but not a prerequisite
