Hibu is a high-growth digital marketing leader seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Inside Sales team. In this role, you will connect with small and medium-sized businesses, identify their needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Interact with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu’s all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more
• Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
• Continuously learn and master Hibu’s products, tools, and sales techniques
• Compete, collaborate, and celebrate wins with a high-energy team

• Passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping small businesses succeed
• Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• Excellent communicator with strong time management skills
