[Remote] Inside Sales Home Health Representative

They are seeking an Inside Sales Home Health Representative to handle inbound calls from marketing campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales for their Personal Emergency Response Service.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs
- Provide resolution and close sales for both new and existing customers by taking qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and setting up an order
- Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc
- Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and outbound calls to leads that are received via the Internet through various campaigns
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong verbal skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- 20 wpm accurate typing
- ADT specific product knowledge
