[Remote] Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

They are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative to convert customer inquiries into fiber internet subscriptions and help bridge the digital divide in underserved areas.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries into fiber subscriptions with your consultative approach
- Make outbound calls to newly serviceable addresses with can't-miss offers
- Become a neighborhood expert - know our service areas like your own backyard
- Position Cityside Fiber as the undisputed best choice against competitors
- Handle customer care inquiries with your signature white-glove service
- Master our CRM system to track leads and document customer interactions
- Work prime sales hours (9AM-6PM) with flexibility for high-opportunity weekends
- Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration
- Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do
Skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Natural storyteller with impeccable phone presence
- Competitive spirit with proven problem-solving skills
- Comfort with basic tech (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Availability for evenings/weekends when customers are home
- Passion for closing deals and changing lives through technology
