[Remote] Insurance Processor

Western Financial Group is committed to a people-first culture and is seeking an Insurance Processor to provide processing support to their branches. The role involves ensuring successful and timely portal processing, liaising with carriers and underwriters, and completing administrative functions as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to workflow instructions ensuring a successful and timely portal processing
• Providing support to Network branches by issuing personal lines portal processing
• Liaising with Carrier, Underwriters, and branches, ensuring tasks are completed within service standards
• Issuing new applications, endorsements, and cancellations on company portals within the binding authority and ensuring accuracy of coverages and premiums
• Reporting of regular status updates and potential or actual issues to the necessary business team
• Completing other administrative functions as necessary to support the business need

Skills

• General Insurance License 1 required
• Prior experience in Personal Lines Insurance
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
• Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential
• Working experience with EPIC is an asset
