[Remote] Administrative Assistant I

The Administrative Assistant I role involves handling routine administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness
- Distribute documents and correspondence
- Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer information and/ or internal company records such as vacation log, training needs, timekeeping reports, personnel files, and general department files
- Process office supply requisitions, facilities requests, graphics services requests and office equipment repair requests
- Make travel arrangements and schedules meetings
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently
