[Remote] Implementation Specialist I

The Implementation Specialist I is responsible for the successful deployment of projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating project strategies, providing technical support, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process
• Develop and execute implementation strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients, resolving any issues that arise
• Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support the implementation process
• Work with product management and other internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the implementation

Skills

• Previous experience in implementation, project management, or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant software and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
