Responsibilities

• Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement
• Meets with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions
• Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations
• Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals

Skills

• A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals
• Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly
• Comfort with prospecting and lead generation
• Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province
• Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field
