Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Oversight: Lead, coach, and monitor a team of data entry personnel, ensuring daily targets are met and quality benchmarks are exceeded.
  • Document Management: Sort, file, and archive a wide variety of reports and documents, maintaining an organized digital repository that facilitates quick retrieval and audit readiness.
  • System Operations: Operate and supervise computer systems that handle data entry input and output, guaranteeing that processing schedules are adhered to without interruption.
  • Immunization Record Review: Conduct preliminary reviews of immunization records for screening purposes, confirming that each entry complies with arenaflex’s stringent policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control and quality assurance measures, performing regular audits to detect and correct discrepancies.
  • Turnaround Monitoring: Track registration turnaround times, identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements to accelerate workflow.

Working Conditions

Minimum Requirements

Educational Background

  • Completion of specialized training (up to nine months) or post‑secondary education focusing on grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic mathematical functions.

Certification & Testing

  • Successful completion of a city‑administered typing test with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute and no more than five errors.

Experience

  • At least two (2) years of data entry experience or clerical/secretarial experience, demonstrating a heavy volume of typing and a track record of accuracy.

Licensing

  • No specific licenses are required for this position.
